The Board will conform with the Code of Conduct as published by the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
Phoenix Copper will also conduct its operations in close proximity to Burra in a way that is sensitive and responsive to both the historical and community concerns within this unique area.

The Company intends to work closely with the Burra National Trust and Historical Society and the local community to ensure that good relations are established and maintained, and to ensure that any issues are addressed promptly.
