Graham George Spurling

Graham Spurling is the Chairman of Phoenix Copper. A decorated former Major in the Australian Army Reserve, Graham has a Bachelor of Technology and Mechanical Engineering from the University of Adelaide, a Masters in Automotive Engineering from the Chrysler Institute in Detroit (USA); he received the Melbourne Business School Award in 1995 for International Business and received the Centenary of Federation Medal Award for Service to Industry.
Most notably Graham spent seven years as Managing Director and CEO of Mitsubishi Motors Australia in Adelaide before moving to the United States to become President and CEO of GNB Technologies in Atlanta then President and CEO of Pacific Dunlop Holdings (USA) Inc. Graham is currently Director of Dexion Limited and Sun Energy Limited and Chairman of the Catholic Archdiocese of Adelaide Finance Council.
Graham’s experience importantly includes responsibility for a foundry operation located within the limits of a United States city, necessitating maintenance of the highest standards of environmental and community responsibility.
